The extended family of 7 received a home to replace their 175-year-old home.  All 3 children and  Ty Reynolds suffer from Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) for which there is no known cure at this time.

St. Martin Center is extremely proud to be a part of Maleno Development's new Family-to-Family Fund through The Erie Community Foundation.  This fund, distributed by SMC, will enable other families to receive renovations and repairs to their homes. 

 

The idea was created as a result of Erie's touch of fame through ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. 

 

To see if you're eligible for the program, check out the criteria.  If you are eligible and would like to apply, please print off this form and mail it in or drop it off (between 8:30-4) at 1701 Parade Street.  Please mark your envelope with "Family-to-Family Fund."
