Catering on Parade is a full-service catering company that can handle any event of any size.
Catering on Parade began in March 2010 as business venture of SMC to generate revenue back into St. Martin Center’s nonprofit programs and services.
Catering on Parade uses local foods and grocers to prepare all of its items. Students involved in the Hospitality Industry Training help to prepare food items for the events. This provides them with hands-on catering experience.
