Emergency Basic Needs

Emergency Services:
* Food through our in-house food pantry
* Vouchers for clothing items
* Assistance for rent, mortgage and utilities (1x/year)
* Assistance with life-sustaining prescriptions (1X/year)
* Transportation assistance for out-of-town medical appointments (1x/year)
* Bus token (employment purposes - 1x/year)
* Referrals to other SMC programs or to another local agency

Housing and Financial Counseling

We provide quality counseling and education for those interested in homeownership or improving their financial state. Our program is certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and our staff is trained by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).
