This fact sheet discusses Pennsylvania's Pandemic EBT benefits program. It includes information on eligibility, how to apply, and all necessary contact information.
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will accept applications for its Recovery Crisis Program through 8/31/20, or until funds are exhausted — whichever comes first.
For any type of housing assistance (rent, security deposit, mortgage, etc.), please FIRST call 814-SHELTER. They coordinate ALL housing assistance requests and will refer you to us or another agency depending upon your situation.
