We've compiled some resources to help you through the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Rent/Mortgage Assistance

    For any type of housing assistance (rent, security deposit, mortgage, etc.), please FIRST call 814-SHELTER. They coordinate ALL housing assistance requests and will refer you to us or another agency depending upon your situation.

  • Other Assistance

    Please call us at 814-452-6113 with any questions. We have funds available for some programs (some qualification guidelines apply). Don't wait!

LIHEAP Utility Information
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps keep families safe and healthy through initiatives that assist families with energy costs. They provide federally funded assistance in managing costs associated with:
- Home energy bills
- Energy crises
- Weatherization and energy-related minor home repairs

LIHEAP enrollment is from 11/2/2020 through 4/9/2021. Go to LIHEAP's website or call 814-461-2002 to request an application, report a crisis, or anything else LIHEAP-related.
