COVID-19 Resources

We have our COVID-19 operating updates here.  We've also compiled some resources to help you through the pandemic.

  • This document details the COVID-19 reopening plan and procedures for St. Martin Center's Parade Street site.

  • This document details the COVID-19 reopening plan and procedures for St. Martin Early Learning Center.

  • SMC Open by Appointment Only

[EXCLUDES THE EARLY LEARNING CENTER] We'll work with you remotely (email, phone, paperwork drop-off) when possible. We have added a mail slot so you can drop items off for caseworkers. Please include your caseworker's name on the envelope, and put it in the spot marked "Mail Slot" to the left of our door. If you schedule an appointment, please know that we have safety measures in place for everyone: masks are required (if you don't have one, we will give you one); temperatures are taken; basic health questions are asked.

  • Rent/Mortgage Assistance

For any type of housing assistance (rent, security deposit, mortgage, etc.), please FIRST call 814-SHELTER. They coordinate ALL housing assistance requests and will refer you to us or another agency depending upon your situation.

  • Other Assistance

Please call us at 814-452-6113 with any questions. We have funds available for some programs (some qualification guidelines apply). Don't wait!

Please note that the following are not our programs.  Refer to each document for details.
