**Please note that due to COVID-19, this meal is currently provided as a brown-bag breakfast that is given out in a safe, contact-free manner. Distribution is from 7-8AM weekday mornings at St. Paul's Church of Christ (1024 Peach St. - look for the St. Martin Center truck on the Peach St. side of the parking lot).
The Bishop's Breakfast Program provides a hot meal to men, women, and children who are homeless or simply struggling.
The breakfast is prepared at St. Martin Center and volunteers take it to St. Paul's United Church of Christ in downtown Erie where it is served. This is also home to The Upper Room, another homeless ministry.
Our caseworkers talk to the men and women to learn about their most pressing needs, make referrals for our programs, and make referrals to other agencies. When items are available, we provide toiletries, clothing assistance, and other items.
