Early Learning Center Group Supervisor
St. Martin Early Learning Center is seeking a dependable and caring Group Supervisor to support our classrooms in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
St. Martin Center offers up to $22/hr and FULL benefits after 60 days of hire.

Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following Pennsylvania childcare qualification levels:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related Human Services field.
- Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related Human Services field.
- At least 2 years of experience in human services.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Must obtain required background clearances
- Must pass a physical and TB test
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing daily classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times.
- Prepare materials for educational and developmental activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain open communication with parents and families.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
- Student observations, documentation, and portfolios as required.
