Event Coverage Staff (Per-Diem Position)
Hourly Rate: $18.00
We are currently hiring for a per-diem Event Coverage Staff position to support on-site events held in our event space. This flexible, as-needed role involves both evening and weekend hours, with events typically scheduled one day per weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and on select weekday evenings. Event durations vary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the facility
- Remain on-site during the event to assist with facility-related needs
- Serve as the point of contact for the event host regarding building access or issues
- Ensure events conclude on time and secure the building upon departure
Qualifications:
- Reliable availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic on-site issues independently
- Punctual, professional, and attentive to detail
This position does not involve participation in the event itself, but requires a consistent and responsible on-site presence to ensure smooth facility operations
