Full Time Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist
Reports to: ELC Director
FSLA: Hourly, non-exempt
Qualifications: Minimum qualification of High School Diploma, or equivalency. Must possess customer service skills, strong communication skills, and computer skills – including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Essential Functions:
- Receives guest at the Center
- Answers multiple phone lines, and directs calls
- Some light clerical work (typing, sorting incoming mail, copying, faxing)
- Distributes mileage forms each month
- Completes weekly milk order, faxes to Meadow Brook, and inventories and distributes milk order to classrooms. Turned in signed invoice to Administrator
- Completes weekly meal counts for Teresa’s Deli, and faxes count by Wednesday morning
- Completes monthly janitorial supply order to Janitor’s Supply.
- Maintains the center’s main printer/copier and orders ink as needed.
- Inventories all supplies (janitorial, formula, baby food) and compiles a list of needed supplies monthly to be given to Director.
- Demonstrates ability to navigate Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
- Manage school bus schedules for school-age children.
- Coordinating with the Assistant Director for all school calendars (days off/early dismissal)
- Copy and distribute Emergency Contact Forms every 6 months.
- Maintains Whitetail Security System; assigns new parent key fobs and submits reimbursement for returned key fobs.
- Acts as a liaison between administration and families.
- Attends all staff meetings and in-services. Records minutes of staff meetings and give to Director.
- Keeps all information confidential.
- Reports all concerns to the Director.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Director and Assistant Director.
